REGULAR ROOMS

$950.00 per month. Rooms are shared by 2 residents.

PRIVATE SUITE

$1,200.00 per month. The private suite is shared by 2 residents and offers a private entrance, kitchen, eating area/workspace, television, bathroom and closet as well as access to the rest of the house.

ADMISSION

Costs on admission include $150.00 Admission fee and prorated cost of rent for the remainder of the month.
